Once artwork has been approved, Hushpiggies is not responsible for customer-approved errors.

Hushpiggies – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Hushpiggies, we take pride in producing high-quality products and providing exceptional customer service. If you experience an issue with your order, we’re committed to working with you to make it right.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of eligible non-food merchandise within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:
● Is unused and in its original condition.
● Is returned in its original packaging.
● Includes proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Food Products
Due to food safety regulations, all food products are considered final sale and cannot be returned once shipped.
This includes, but is not limited to:
● BBQ sauces
● Dry seasonings
● Spice blends
● Rubs
● Marinades
● Other edible products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to assist in resolving the issue.
Custom & Private Label Products
Because custom and private-label products are created specifically for each customer, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, colors, logos, and design proofs before production.
Hushpiggies is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer prior to production.
If a custom order arrives with a manufacturing defect or differs from the approved proof due to our error, we will work with you to replace or correct the order.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives:
● Damaged
● Defective
● Incomplete
● Incorrect
Please notify us within 2 days of delivery by providing:
● Your order number
● A description of the issue
● Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we may offer:
● A replacement product
● A refund
● Store credit
● Another appropriate resolution at our discretion
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
